With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, I’m in a paper frenzy whipping up some quilled hearts!

Here are a few of my favorite valentines.

Gold Fish

       Today I’m sharing with you my “Little Gold Fish” creation. I think this would make a wonderful gift for a friend who was born in February-March under the Pisces sign. It could be worn as a necklace or hung up as a decoration.

The joy of winter days!

          I made my fist titmouses (titmice)!  The process of wool drawing grasps, and though it is not fast, the result surprises and bewitches.   The fairy tale is born on your eyes… On fur-tree branches in the winter evening sit two titmouses and chitchat about their own “Good times! Love the crisp snowy days! The New Year has come! Happiness, love and well-being to all!”

… We all know snow will fall, but somehow it comes unexpectedly, with foliage and red clusters still here, but the snow will not wait… Titmouse is happy, sits on a branch and admires a winter frosty landscape. Beautiful!

My name is Anna Sojanne. I live in St. Petersburg, Russia, where I teach quilling (paper filigree) at the children’s art-school.
